Crunchy black fruit, subtle balance between roundness and fruit, Small Jammes reveals a natural finesse, with aromas of blackberries, cassis and violets. The mouth is long, perfectly balanced.

The vinification is long, traditional and the control of temperatures are rigorous in order to preserve the fruit. The breeding is extends from 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks.
